SAFETY
Safety is a core value at BIG Services, not a performance objective
or a measurable project goal. We truly care for all people and
those involved or around our projects and strive to take every
precautionary action to prevent injuries or harm to any person
or property. This includes all training and safety meetings associated
with our projects as well as maintaining an awareness at all times
for the safety and well being of all people. Treating safety as
a core value has greatly reduced injury and unsafe practices inside
and outside of the work environment and will always be a priority
in everything we do.
INTEGRITY
We insist upon integrity in our people. We present our company
honestly to our employees and to our clients and in turn expect
them to be honest with us. Integrity is inherent in everything
we do. We will not jeopardize our honesty or act inappropriately
while performing services for any of our Clients at any time or
for any reason.
TEAMWORK
Throughout our organization we capitalize on the advantage of
working together as partners. Although defined responsibilities
are assigned to individuals, we act as a cooperative team. These
combined efforts serve to strengthen our entire organization and
service to our clients. We make every effort to extend this partnership
with our Clients and require this of our subcontractors to provide
the most effective and efficient services possible.
PEOPLE
The most valuable asset we have is loyal and capable people. We
assign responsibilities and duties to secure the full benefit
of an individual's talents and abilities and to provide each person
with an opportunity to develop further. All of our people, regardless
of their jobs, can make important contributions to our success,
and we maintain an environment which enables them to derive personal
satisfaction from their work with BIG Services. We build our organization
and service around people.
ENVIRONMENT
We take care and plan for operating procedures that help preserve
and sustain our environment welfare. We conserve resources, re-use
materials and recycle materials whenever possible and always dispose
of our debris and waste properly.
COMMUNITY
We support each community we work in and partner with local subcontractors
and suppliers whenever possible. We seek out key charitable organizations
and contribute on behalf of our company towards the well being
of people within our communities and within these organizations.
