We plan our work and document our plan in our Project Execution
Plan (PEP).We develop a project execution plan for each and every
project to identify all aspects of the projects and develop a
specific, detailed plan to complete each project.
Proactive communication is critical to our success and practiced
throughout all levels of our organization. We conduct meetings
at all phases of the project to flush out issues and mitigate
potential problems. We report all activities accurately and timely
to allow for all stakeholders to be informed as needed to communicate
and respond to all issues.
We pay attention to all details related to our activities. Working
in an active facility environment requires that all details are
uncovered and attended to in order to keep our projects on schedule
and to keep all people involved in our projects safe. We typically
work at night and on a short schedule. Attention to details is
critical to our success and ability to complete our scope of work
in a timely and professional manner.

We Staff our projects with a professional superintendent and the
proper personnel and subcontractors to perform our work as planned.
All personnel and subcontractors are prequalified and provided
detailed plans and schedules to execute in a timely and professional
manner. We go through excruciating detail to prepare for execution
and make sure we have the proper resources in place to execute
our plans accordingly. We implement a quality control program
specific to each project to ensure all aspects of project meets
our high quality standards.
